Sip on this mornings / evenings (on a relatively empty stomach) and use the remaining tea water (cooled down) to splash and tone the skin before your night/ day skin routine – please note for some sensitive skin types, nettle/ peppermint may be slighty irritating – patch test/ water down before use. (we recommend using distilled water or atleast cooled down boiled water for skin- as tap water may contain some bacteria…). Nettle & peppermint can also be refreshing/ calming for acne – can depend skin by skin/ day by day. Use atleast 28 days to check for results, we don’t recommend drinking too much herbal teas (1-2 a day) – please note that some herbs may affect medical drugs longterm, check with your Dr. if on any medication.
