Recommended routine by Nunu Ma:
Recommended as part of your night or day routine after toner/ essence (/ceramide serum). This is particularly game-changing for acne scars – use a small amount and apply to all face (or scarring, hyperpigmentation and wrinkle areas). Even small pumps/ drops are effective so product lasts a long-time. Pat and seal in with your favourite moisturizer.
In rare cases sensitive skin may feel a burning sensation with this product. This may be due to a few ingredients like niacinimide (this can cause purging and initial irritation), bee venom (it’s a tiny amount but some people may have a reaction to it), fermented ingredients (fungal acne sufferers take note), willow bark extract (some very sensitive skins may have a reaction to this ingredient – willow bark is a natural source of aspirin aka salicylic acid (from salicin)).

*This product contains snail mucin (snails are not harmed) and a tiny amount of bee venom (this can reduce the lifespan of the bees involved) – we kindly ask that if you do use this product you use a small amount (it suffices to reduce scarring whilst brightening) – so that we can enjoy the game-changing benefits of this product whilst making it more sustainable long-term 💖.
Please double check always with the main company and search online for more background info. We have personally found some shops label skincare products vegan for which are not vegan. Sometimes company staff provide different answers (perhaps lost in translation and understanding of these terms)! Only you can determine your definition and ethics – we will do our best to help you make that decision by presenting our research.

Amazing serum that restored the moisture of my skin instantly! I find that it makes the skin not just more moist and supple but at the same time it leaves the skin more taut. It keeps my face moisturised all day (I found it particularly great in combination with the snail repair cream by mizon) and my make-up remains more intact as my face doesn’t get so oily towards the end of the day. Highly recommended!
