Cosrx – Low PH Niacinamide Micellar Cleansing Water includes Naicinamide + Zinc PCA, Panthenol (b5), Allantoin, Hyaluronic acid and Madecassoside which is formulated for most sensitive skin types to helpremove makeup control excess sebum and sooth + hydrate the skin.

It is supposed to be a great pairing together with the other Cosrx low PH range products (i.e. the cleanser). If you have dry acne prone skin, and wear makeup this is one to consider.
