Recommend 2-3 times a week (As it contains some essential oils it may not be suitable for some sensitive skin types, however we have seen instant positive benefits in our routines with this product – when added to the middle/ end of our routine – in small portions (hence we believe the mini cream is a great affordable and lasting addition for our skin – when it needs a ‘pick me up’).

Mary –
This is really good for rescue skin days when It needs a pick me up, It can sting a little (Think its the niacinimide) and I wouldn’t use it without hydrating the skin first, as its more of a thick moisturiser. I don’t use it always but definitely go for the pot when my skins feeling mistreated!
