Haruharu Black Rice Toner is rich in antioxidants from Korean Black Rice and Moso Bamboo (polyphenols and flavonoids). These ingredients can help improve skins elasticity (see link). To add it includes a small amount of Hyaluronic Acid & Ginseng root extract – beneficial when applied topically on the skin. Ginseng & hyaluronic acid may help diminish the appearance of fine lines, reduce inflammation, boost hydration and protect the skin barrier. The ingredients list also contains ferments and beta-glucan, all in all a great toner for soft hydrated glowing skin.

Please be wary that the original version may include small amounts of essential oils like lavender (see min version here). If you have really sensitive skin or allergies to lavendar oil you should try this fragrance-free version.
