^We can look into the laws, tax and shipment prices to other countries of our customers – however do note that in some countries it may incur different import  / tax fees / shipment fees, some items may also be regulated by other laws – as we try to provide good prices, these extra costs may likely have to be paid by our customers. However if you are a first time buyer from that country we may offer to cover all or some these extra fees! We will do our best to figure out a solution with you, so don’t hesitate to ask, if & when possible we will try to make it happen and save you money! Thank you for your interest! 😀

**Goods worth over CA$20 – shipped to Canada – maybe subject to Duty & Tax. The customer is required to pay for this. Please check your province import details. CA$20 or less are exempted form GST but maybe be subject to other smaller taxes. Feel free to contact us to help you find your best shipping solution.

***We are in the process of testing out shipping to Europe which may charge you tax, & customs duty in your country of destination, we will conpensate any tax or duty fees occurred during this testing period (this may change at a later date- check here for updates). You need to provide a valid tax/ custom duty reciept from your postal office and any account details so we can pay the fee back to you. You are required to pay the fees directly first yourself to recieve the goods. We will be tracking goods to make sure they arrive and will fully refund if they don’t – Please check back here often for any updates.

For full refund & return policy see Terms & Conditions point 9 for full details. You have 14 days to return undesired or faulty items. In the case of undesired items they must be in re-sellable condition – we may only cover basic postage costs depending on the reasons for return. Some products may be excluded from returns for Health & Safety reasons (i.e. under garments).
